I am living proof of this. At 50, I am currently pursuing a second master's degree to follow my lifelong passion of becoming a neuroscientist. My goal is to ultimately balance two careers: one in finance and the other is in neuroscience. This journey has not only led me to a new career path but has also inspired me to become a therapist and coach. Now, I am able to guide and support others on their own life journeys, helping them to unlock their true potential and reconnect with who they truly are.

With 28 years of experience working in finance across various businesses within the corporate world, I have developed a strong foundation as an Intrapreneur, Business, and Finance expert. Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles including business advisor, finance and business analyst, accountant, director, mentor, lecturer, and coach, collaborating with students, young and early-career professionals to enhance their skills and professional growth.

With many years of experience in the corporate world, I have developed solid business and financial acumen, along with strong analytical skills especially when it comes to SMEs and large organizations. As a Brain Coach, my goal is to use these skills, knowledge and experience to help WOMEN AND STUDENTS to discover their strengths also support them to set personal and professional goals. Furthermore, I help them to work on improving their confidence, motivation, leadership skills, executive functioning and self-esteem.

I will guide the clients through the process of envisioning the future they want and support them in making the necessary changes to achieve them all. Whether it’s leaving a toxic relationship or locating for new career opportunities, or facing any major life decision, my coaching sessions will help them to gain clarity and confidence to navigate these changes ahead.

Your brain constantly shapes and forms your identity and how you perceive the world. It has the remarkable ability to change and adapt through a process called Neuroplasticity. By practicing new thought patterns and behaviours during Our Coaching Sessions, you can literally rewire your brain to improve your self-esteem, confidence, and overall mindset. This process also enables you to a Create New, Positive Self Image. Self-image is the mental picture that you have of yourself, including how you view your abilities, appearance and self-worth. This image is often influenced by past experiences, beliefs and societal expectations. A positive self-image can lead to a more fulfilling and successful life, while a negative self-image may hold you back from reaching your goals.

As a coach I can teach relaxation techniques, mindfulness and strategies for them to balance their life and studies.

As a Brain and Self-Image Coach, I help women to set clear, achievable goals in various aspects of their life, such as career, relationships and personal growth. Consequently, this helps them to take actionable steps toward their dreams. I also assist students in setting academic and personal goals, providing the support they need to stay focused and develop the necessary discipline to succeed all while ensuring they do not feel overwhelmed.

While Life presents challenges, and women may sometimes feel discouraged by setbacks. As a Brain and Self-Image Coach, I help women to build emotional resilience so they can bounce back after they face adversity and setbacks in their life. Women, like students, may face failure, rejection, or unexpected obstacles in their life. As a coach, I guide them in reframing negative experiences and also teach effective coping strategies for disappointments and enable them to foster a growth mindset. Understanding and managing emotions is vital for women, both personally and professionally. I teach individuals the emotional intelligence skills that enhance their relationships, communication, and decision-making process.

For students, it is important to navigate and manage the complexities of adolescence and early adulthood time period. Also, it is equally vital for them to manage their emotional intelligence as it plays a crucial role in improving their social skills, to resolving conflicts and managing their emotions effectively in school and relationships. Women also often juggle with multiple roles, including career, family and their self-care. As a Brain and Self-Image Coach, I can help them to prioritize their time, to guide them to delegate their tasks and to create a healthy balanced relationship between their professional and personal life. Similarly, students often struggle to balance their studies, extracurricular activities and peer pressure. My coaching skills and knowledge help them to manage these areas effectively, also ensuring that they succeed both academically and personally.
