Yes, there are certain cases where RTT Hypnotherapy may not be suitable. It is not recommended for individuals with a history of psychosis or related psychiatric conditions to undergo hypnotherapy, as it may exacerbate their symptoms.
If you have epilepsy, please consult with your doctor before booking a session. It is important that the severity and nature of your condition are carefully considered. Your safety and well-being are always the top priority. In some cases, hypnosis could potentially intensify symptoms and do more harm than good.
This includes conditions such as:

An RTT session typically runs for 1.5 to 2 hours, including time to review your intake form. To ensure a relaxed and focused experience, I recommend setting aside a little extra time so you avoid feeling rushed and can get the most out of your session.

RTT is an incredible therapy that provides effective, powerful breakthroughs and rapid transformation. Most often, only one session is needed. However, for more deep-rooted issues, I usually recommend up to three sessions. Many of my clients choose to do additional sessions to work on other areas of their life. Each session begins with a gentle relaxation process that guides you into a state of hypnosis. This experience is unique to everyone, some people feel light or as if they're floating, while others feel grounded. Most commonly, clients describe simply feeling deeply relaxed and at ease. Throughout the entire session, you remain in full control. You’re completely aware of what’s being said and are able to respond to all of my questions. RTT is a safe and empowering therapeutic method. Contrary to popular myths, hypnosis does not mean losing awareness or control. In fact, while your body relaxes, your mind becomes even more alert and focused, allowing you to access the subconscious with clarity and purpose.

While it's highly effective, it's important to understand that no professional whether a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or teacher can offer a 100% guarantee of results. Your commitment plays a vital role in the outcome. You must truly want to change, choose to change, and stay open and engaged throughout the process for the best results.
People respond to RTT in different ways, and typically experience one of three types of change:

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy and require full payment prior to the session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me by phone, email, or message at least within 48 hours in advance. If this notice is given, I will issue a full refund, minus any applicable therapy room fees for in-person sessions. If you’re unable to provide 48 hours’ notice, I will do my best to fill your appointment slot. If the spot is successfully filled, you’ll have the option to reschedule. However, if the slot cannot be filled, the full session fee will apply.
Please note that arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, depending on the day’s schedule. In such cases, the full session fee will still be charged. Hypnotherapy sessions are carefully structured, and a delay of 10 minutes or more may not allow enough time to complete the session effectively.

Yes, RTT is equally effective whether conducted online or in person. I've worked successfully with clients around the world via Zoom, consistently achieving the same positive outcomes. In fact, many clients now prefer the comfort and convenience of online sessions. Being in a familiar environment helps them feel more at ease, and they can relax and reflect immediately afterward without the need to travel or commute.
Yes, you will remain fully aware throughout the entire RTT hypnotherapy session. Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed but focused state not in sleep, so you’ll be conscious of everything being discussed and how you're processing it. Because you're fully present during the session, you’ll be able to recall what was said and experienced once the session ends.
Your personalized recording is essential to your transformation, accounting for around 30% of the overall process. This custom audio is specifically designed to reinforce the positive changes you've made during your RTT session and to help solidify those new, empowering beliefs at a subconscious level. For the most effective and lasting results, it’s crucial to listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days. Consistency in this practice helps ensure that the positive shifts are deeply integrated into your subconscious mind.
Having a conscious understanding of your issue can be helpful, but RTT works at a deeper level by accessing the subconscious mind where the most influential beliefs and emotional patterns are stored. While you may have logical insights into your problem, the subconscious often holds associations and root causes that are outside your conscious awareness. In many cases, clients who are confident they know the source of their issue are guided to scenes or memories they did not expect. These often provide a more profound level of clarity, emotional release, and insight. RTT doesn’t stop only uncovering the root cause; a key part of the process is transforming and reprogramming outdated beliefs. Through guided techniques, we replace limiting subconscious patterns with empowering, constructive beliefs that support long-term emotional and behavioural change. The best approach is to remain open and trust the process your subconscious will guide you to exactly what you need to understand and shift.
